DCB Bank's net profit for the June quarter increased by 20% year over year to Rs 157 crore.

According to a company filing on July 31, DCB Bank recorded a 20 percent year-over-year increase in net profit for the June quarter, at Rs 157 crore, with advances growing 21 percent on-year and deposits growing 20 percent. In the June quarter, DCB Bank's mortgages grew by 17% year over year, co-lending by 162%, construction finance by 34%, and the Agri & Inclusive Banking segment by 12% year over year. As of June 30, 2025, the Net NPA was 1.22 percent and the Gross NPA was 2.98 percent. The Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) was 74.04 percent, and it was 75 percent when gold loan non-performing assets were excluded. DCB Bank reported a strong performance for the June quarter of FY26, with net profit rising 20% year-on-year to Rs 157 crore. The growth was primarily driven by healthy expansion in both advances and deposits, which increased by 21% and 20% respectively compared to the same quarter last year. The bank's consistent focus on expanding its loan book and strengthening its deposit base has contributed to a stable financial performance in a competitive banking environment. Segment-wise, DCB Bank witnessed impressive growth across various lending verticals. Co-lending showed the most significant increase, surging by 162% year-on-year, followed by a 34% rise in construction finance. Asset quality remained under control, reflecting the bank’s prudent risk management practices. As of June 30, 2025, the Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) ratio stood at 2.98%, while Net NPA was at 1.22%. The Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) was reported at 74.04%, improving slightly to 75% when excluding gold loan NPAs.
